These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 88af platform, accessible at https://88af.cam ("the Platform", "88af", "we", "us" or "our"). 88af is an online betting and casino information platform that provides educational content, guides and resources to users in the Pakistani market and internationally.

88af is an informational platform. It does not itself provide gambling services, accept wagers or hold player funds. References to betting activity, casino games, deposits, withdrawals or promotions within these Terms and throughout the Platform are descriptive of the services provided by third-party operators and are included for educational and informational purposes only.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 88af Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation or party to these Terms, and that "you" in this document refers to both you individually and that entity.

To be eligible to use the Platform and, where applicable, to register an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you. Age verification may be required and must be passed before full access is granted.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
3. You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended or restricted by 88af or any associated operator for fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.

5. You must have the full legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.

Where the Platform permits Account registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any of it changes.

All deposits made to a Platform account must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, anonymous sources or unverified payment instruments may be declined or subject to additional verification requirements.

88af's informational content references payment methods familiar to users in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah solely as descriptive context. The availability of any specific payment method depends entirely on the relevant Operator's cashier at the time of the transaction. None of the payment providers referenced endorse or support gambling operations.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable transaction fees and processing windows are determined by the relevant Operator and the payment method selected. Users are responsible for verifying current deposit conditions within the Operator's cashier before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawal of funds from a Platform account is subject to the successful completion of identity verification (KYC). KYC requires the submission of acceptable government-issued identity documentation — such as a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for Pakistani users — proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to make deposits.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under anti-money laundering obligations and platform policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and, where applicable, in connection with any associated Operator's services:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or associated betting interfaces in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in the Platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated betting manipulation.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, engage in or conceal money laundering or any activity in contravention of anti-money laundering legislation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN or other technical circumvention measures.
• Reproducing, redistributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 88af.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems, databases or infrastructure.

• Modifying, adapting, translating or creating derivative works based on the Content.
• Using any Content in a manner that implies endorsement of or by 88af.
• Scraping, data-mining or systematically extracting Content from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88af, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• The use or inability to use the Platform or any Content thereon.
• Gambling losses sustained through the use of any Operator's services referenced on the Platform.
• Reliance on any informational Content published on the Platform, including guides, comparisons or educational materials.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of User data.
• Technical errors, service interruptions or Platform downtime.
• Any action taken by Pakistani authorities or financial institutions in relation to gambling-related transactions.

The Platform and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

88af and associated Operators reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or misleading information.
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete KYC verification requirements.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the Operator's dormant account policy.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A determination that continued operation of the Account is unlawful or poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated at the Account holder's request or due to circumstances other than breach, the balance handling process is governed by the relevant Operator's terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88af is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within a reasonable period, the parties may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have limited jurisdiction over internationally operated online platforms and are advised to seek independent legal advice before initiating proceedings.

88af reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable effort will be made to notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, where applicable, request account closure.
